Los Angeles Real Estate in the Past 7 Days

Every Friday, we bring you this Los Angeles Real Estate market snapshot. This week, we see a significant increase in the number of total listings available on the market in many neighborhoods. Los Feliz and Silver Lake combined are seeing an 18.1% increase in inventory, 10.2% in Brentwood, 17.1% in Santa Monica, and 15.8% in the South Bay neighborhoods of Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beach.
