Los Angeles Real Estate in the Past 7 Days

Every Friday, we bring you this Los Angeles Real Estate market snapshot. This week, we see a significant increase in the number of new listings in many neighborhoods, which is possibly attributed to the MLS' new clear cooperation policy that requires all listings to be submitted to the MLS within one business day of the listing being publicly marketed. The policy takes effect today, May 1, 2020.
